Shimmer is a privately held company, and manufactures all of its products in its Dublin facility which is accredited to the quality management standard ISO 9001 and the medical device standard ISO 13485.

About NeuroLynQ

Shimmer’s GSR+ sensor has long been used in Neuromarketing and Neuroscience applications. As a result of this we have built up a significant customer base in this space and subsequently received numerous feature requests that users wanted to see integrated. Two primary requests consistently came to the fore:

1. Measure GSR and ECG simultaneously from a single unit

2. Ability to collect data from multiple sensors (up to 45) in sync

Consequently we liaised with a world leading Market Research firm to develop a platform that addressed these features and indeed added many more. NeuroLynQ was subsequently launched and has since been used by many of the world’s leading Neuromarketing companies.
